BDE (Borland Database Engine) is an obsolete system to access databases by Borland. To work with databases via BDE, you need to have BDE 5.0 or above installed on your computer.

You can check the BDE version in Reportizer by choosing Help | About... menu (System info tab).

To connect the database via BDE, choose the corresponding tab when selecting your report database.
